Te Kura Taumata o Panguru School/Community Library
Welcome to the School/Community library web page. Our library has been in existence for over thirty years. The original building was situated closer to the main road and was shifted to the new site after the flood of 1999 of which many of us still remember.
We have come a long way since then (and in country terms) in a short time. There have been many librarians, students and avid readers that have passed through our doors over the years and hope to see many more in the future. We have an extensive collection of books covering most genres and can boast of over 8000 books, both in circulation and on the shelves. These books cater for all of our users who are members of the community, students and staff. We have a wide range of resources available at the library including large print books, magazines and some videos. We have two computers with Internet access and if you are not able to find the resources you need we also have access to resources via the National library in Auckland.
